How do you find your local pharmacy?

Southend City Council wants to hear from you about your use of community pharmacies (high street chemists). They are not looking at whether you buy painkillers from your local supermarket or petrol station, or the medicines you get from the Hospital. The information they collect will help the NHS plan whether it needs more pharmacies, or different services from existing pharmacies.
You can complete the survey online using mobile devices, from home or by using computers available in our local libraries, the Civic Centre and the South Essex Community Hub.
You can request a paper version of the survey.
